VIDEO BIOGRAPHY DEVELOPMENT
An informal interview with the subject and family members will be held to
discuss what is to be accomplished with the interview. This discussion will be
used to establish the foundation for the on camera interview and identify the
photos and memorabilia that will be used.
The interview will cover childhood to the present, exploring ancestors and
family, life as a child and the stages that follow. A prepared list of questions will
be used to insure that all of the topics discussed in the preproduction interview
are thoroughly covered.
The on camera interview is edited and the interviewer’s questions are removed
so the subject appears to be having a free-ranging, yet focused discussion of
the events of their life. The finished video may also include segments from
family movies, photographs, memorabilia, animations, music, and graphics. The
video will be organized into chapters to facilitate easy maneuvering to any
segment of the video.
After the first edit, a preliminary DVD will be provided for review, and revisions
will be made accordingly
The final DVD will be produced on a long lasting Gold DVD and delivered in a
personalized DVD case.
